Life In A Bungalo just received a crazy e-mail from customizer Dr. Bao and the NVC crew. Looks like there was a lack of WuTang toys, so they decided to make their own. Rather then try to explain what they are doing, we figured it would be best if we just let Dr. Bao describe it. He also really likes to use ellipses…

“You probably know by now that we’re a lot in the Asian theme for our customs….. and you probably know that we like to mix the Asian style warriors with hip hop and stuff like that…..Well combine these 2 elements together and you’ve got our new project…… Shaolin vs Wu Tang!!!! I want to make shaolin monks customs for a while but simply don’t really know exactly what I want to do…. and one day, well I simply had this crazy idea….”

“Since we’re fans of Wu Tang Clan (the music group) and our style fits very well with their concept…. I just decide to make it our next project….So I was like…why not making Wu Tang warriors vs Shaolin…… Most of people when they gonna make a Wu Tang character… they gonna try to reproduce one of the MC but no one thought about making Wu warriors….. So I was like that’s it, we have our concept!!!! And this basically is the concept behind the Wu tang Clan when they release their first album that make the hip hop history!!!”

“So since no one make Shaolin monks customs yet, neither Wu Tang warriors… well I take this opportunity to make the project first before someone take the idea!!! Thats’ why I have to release the the 2 first samples of the project before someone is doing it!!!”

“So before I start the project I email to all the original 9 members of the Wu to let them know about the project…. So it’s very cool since they’re just waiting for the first pics of the project now since they not really knows what we will do exactly.”

“And to make the announcement of the project, we just decide to take the original cover of the movie Shaolin vs Wu Tang and make a montage with our customs on it…. and the result is just amazing!!!!”

“So hey, just take a look at it and give me some feedbacks……. But this is the announcement of the project only and the first samples to send to the Wu Tang members…. But the whole project will be just crazy…..”
